SAP PM must deliver value to every level of the organization!

The entire Value Proposition of Enterprise Software is to standardize on Processes and Reporting so that the organizations can support each other and learn from each other. If your company does not align these processes and hold accoutability, SAP PM can become more of a burden than an asset. Likewise, if within the plant, there is not an effective classification and reporting process that isolates opportunity at the team level, their window to opportunity and performace improvement is severely limited.
